About Us

Windham Physical Therapy opened to bring personalized, expert physical therapy to Windham, NH. We started this practice because we believe recovery works best when it's built around you, not a one-size-fits-all program. From your first visit, our team takes the time to understand your goals, your history, and your daily life, so your treatment plan actually fits.

Our Mission

"We treat the person in front of us, not just the injury on the chart."

Our approach starts with listening. Every plan begins with a full evaluation, so we understand what's causing your pain or limiting your movement, not just where it hurts. From there, we combine hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise and clear education, so you understand your plan and your progress at every step. Our goal is lasting recovery, not a quick fix.

Karin Biskovich

PT, Owner/Clinic Director

Karin Biskovich earned her BS in Biology from Cornell University and then went on to earn her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. She has over 23 years of experience in the orthopedic outpatient setting. Karin is certified in dry needling, Graston technique, and Pilates mat training. She specializes in post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and overuse disorders.

Karin was a collegiate swimmer and gymnast at Cornell. At age 14 she tore her ACL and meniscus which required quite a bit of physical therapy to get back to gymnastics. When it became time to figure out her career, physical therapy seemed to be the perfect fit in addition to a very rewarding profession. After college, she transitioned into triathlons to continue her love of competition. She competed nationally and internationally until 2018, specializing in Olympic distance triathlons. She enjoys working with gymnasts, runners, and triathletes to help them get back to their sport as quickly as possible.

Outside of the clinic, Karin enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking and just about anything out in nature.

In 2000, Nicole earned her Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Hesser College and began her career in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Over the years, she has developed a strong foundation in manual therapy and rehabilitation, with a particular focus on sports-related injuries, pre- and post-operative strengthening, and rehabilitation following spine surgery.

Nicole is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy through individualized care, hands-on treatment, and targeted rehabilitation. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cycling, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
